Several places in the production area were not cleaned:
• On several places the wall was not clean for example in the room for mixing.
• In the room to weight spices it was dust and spill.
• The conveyer before mixer in the paté area was mouldy.
• The inside the pipe for bullion at the line for pouch filling was not cleaned.
• Whisks where placed close to the floor behind the sink in the room for cooking sauce.
• There was mould on the floor where meat was unpackaged in the refrigerator.
